Amontilla 1890 Very old

It has consistently ranked among the top 10 best wines in Spain and is first among the typical wines of Andalusia. Its attractive, powerful, and wide flavor, along with its very pungent hazelnut aroma and hypnotic amber color, sets it apart. Winemakers award it for its long and proper biological aging.

Lustau Vors 30 Yo

Considered one of the best typical wines of Andalusia, this wine originates from the prestigious world-class winery Lustau. It boasts several international awards, including gold medals. Its noble wood aroma, dark amber color, and relevant salty touches make it an essential companion for game dishes and pairings with cheeses.

Manzanilla, from Sanlúcar de Barrameda

This wine adapts to the microclimatic conditions of Sanlúcar de Barrameda (Cádiz) on the shores of the Atlantic. It is made by aging in boots under a flower veil, a natural process where a film-forming culture of yeasts typical of this area emerges on the surface, transforming this manzanilla.

Manzanilla San León, among the Typical Andalusian wines favorites

This is the contribution of the Herederos de Argüeso Winery to the typical wines of Andalusia. With numerous awards and astronomical sales compared to other competitors in the region, its rich dry flavor and long aftertaste make it perfect for pairing with Iberian ham, fine cheeses, and prawns. It requires a minimum aging of 5 years in barrels before hitting the market.

Manzanilla Solear

One of the best manzanillas on the market, originating from the Barbadillo wineries, it has promoted other considerable typical Andalusian wines. Its process of the flower veil enhances the chamomile flavor, which starts dry on the palate but quickly becomes harmonious and smooth, leaving a persistent aftertaste that is best enjoyed with Iberian ham or prawns.

Palo Cortado, Vors Tradition

Created by the Tradition Winery, recognized for its line of older wines, this highly awarded wine is unique and exclusive, aged for more than 40 years. It combines the finesse of Amontillado with the body of Olorosos and is recommended to accompany blue cheeses and mushrooms.

Pedro Ximénez 1830, one of the Older typical Andalusian wines

A mythical jewel from Bodegas Alvear, one of the oldest in Andalusia, this very old sweet wine originates from the oldest Pedro Ximénez solera of this winery, started in casks dating back to 1830. Made from sun-raised grapes, it is elegant with a wonderful mouthfeel and a perfect eternal finish, making it an ideal way to conclude a meal of rice, potatoes, or pasta while enjoying its delightful flavor.
